Tennis Professionals Committee

USTA Southern's Pro Relations Committee provides a comprehensive list of teaching pro and coaches educational opportunities. Click here for the list which is regularly updated.

Neil Witherow, Chair, Tennis Professionals Committee, said, "For the tennis community and industry to really thrive, it is essential for tennis coaches and pros to take advantage of the benefits and responsibilities of being certified through USPTA and/or PTR, as well as to continue to better and educate themselves through some of the amazing resources listed on this calendar. We want to thank the USTA for their leadership and cooperation in ensuring that we have the best coaches and pros on the planet."

Pathway to Certification
Not certified yet? The USTA encourages coaches and teaching professionals to become certified. Two organizations - Professional Tennis Registry and United States Professional Teaching Association - are accredited with the USTA. PTR and USPTA both offer pathways to becoming certified.
