USTA League Tennis - Senior 50+ League
(Fall 2009, League Year 2010)Weekday Women: Oct. 7 - Nov. 18 Business Women: Oct. 3 - Nov. 7 Men: Oct. 3 - Nov. 14 USTA Atlanta continues to offer more opportunities for active adults 50 and older to continue playing the sport they love. USTA League for Seniors is friendly, fun and competitive. Did you know the state of Georgia has over 7,000 senior league players? Teams in Atlanta have an opportunity to progress to the USTA Georgia State League Championships, the USTA Southern Sectional League Tennis Championships and the National Championships! In Atlanta, there are two seasons of play, starting in the early spring and early fall. Participants must be 50 years or older and a USTA member. The format is three doubles positions. If you do not have a current computer rating, the USTA now offers players the ability to self-rate and join a team today! If you are interested in participating, but do not have a team, please use "find a team" to make your name available to captains looking for players.
