2010 Southern Tennis Yearbook

USTA Southern produces a variety of publications each year, including an annual yearbook, three eight-page inserts that prints in USTA Magazine and a bi-monthly electronic newsletter.

Southern Tennis 2010 Yearbook: Mailed And Online
This year's Southern Tennis Yearbook is delivered in two versions, this printed book and a much-expanded online version. Click to read the online yearbook.

Most members access tournament schedules and standings at TennisLink.com, which is updated throughout the year and more current than any printed book can be. More and more members are finding tennis information via the Internet. We feel it is important to provide current information through this means.

This 36-page printed book presents complete information about the USTA Southern Section volunteers and staff and a condensed version of our award winners, junior ranking, junior and adult programs and year-in-review. This version is mailed to all member households in the USTA Southern Section.

Our new 100-page online version will present full versions of our programs, junior rankings and adult schedule, but will not include the sectional junior tournament schedule and adult rankings which are available at Tennislink.com. The online yearbook is available on our website in the same interactive, page-turning version that we used for the 2009 yearbook. You'll find video and animation that can't be presented in a printed book, plus direct links to our sponsors. The information will be updated during the year. Any page in the online yearbook can be printed.

Southern Tennis 2009 is also available by clicking here.

State Publications and Yearbooks
Members in most of the nine Southern states are scheduled to receive a variety of annual publications. Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee produced online magazines. South Carolina members received a printed yearbook. Kentucy and Mississippi members received calendars. In 2009 Alabama did not print its own yearbook but instead printed its material inside an expanded version of USTA Southern's yearbook.

Please make sure your address is correct in the USTA Membership database as these books cannot be forwarded with the rest of your mail if you move. To make changes to your USTA member information, contact USTA Member Services. In September of 2005 the USTA Southern Section rolled out its first USTA Magazine insert. As we move forward this insert will be printed three times per year and will cover a wide variety of Southern tennis news.
