U.S. Paralympic Wheelchair Teams

Two players from the Southern section were featured on the list for the 2012 U.S. Paralympic Wheelchair Teams. Emmy Kaiser and Mackenzie Soldan will make up the women's team this year and represent the United States in London, England. The 2012 Paralympic Games will run from September 1-8.

Kaiser, the Fort Mitchell, Ky. native, has 103 wins in singles and 52 doubles victories under her belt. The 20-year-old competed on the U.S. women's team at the 2011 World Team Cup in South Africa.

Soldan has prior international experience as well, as she brought home two gold medals at the 2011 Parapan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico. Hailing from Louisville, Ky., Soldan will look to continue her success as she teams up with Kaiser to take on the best wheelchair tennis teams the world has to offer.

Futures Tournaments

Devin Britton of Brandon, Miss. took home two Futures titles in the month of June. The 2009 NCAA Men's singles champion from Ole Miss won the singles tournament in Sacremento, Calif. by defeating Jeff Dadamo 2-6, 7-6(6), 6-2 in the final match.

He followed that performance up with a doubles victory in Chico, Calif. with his partner Jordan Cox, a native of Duluth, Ga.
