Submit For USTA Pro Circuit Wild Cards Online

Players can now submit for USTA Pro Circuit wild cards online. The direct link is yourserve.usta.com/ProCircuitWildCardRequest.

Additional information can be found at www.playerdevelopment.usta.com. Then click on Player Services, then Wild Cards, followed by the Wild Card Request Form. Click for more information on the USTA Pro Circuit.

Doubles wild cards must be requested on site at the Tournament.

It is the player’s responsibility to notify the Coordinator, Player Services if you need to withdraw your request for a wild card.

Wild card requests should be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the qualifying of the event
