McNeil Visits Peterson School of Tennis

Lori McNeil Coaches at Peterson School of Tennis.

USTA National High Performance Coach Lori McNeil visited Peterson School of Tennis Wednesday and Thursday Sept. 24-25. McNeil, who is also a commentator for the Tennis Channel, travels all over the world to work with the top female junior players. She has just returned from Beijing, where she served as assistant coach of the USA Women's Olympic Team.

McNeil visits Peterson once a year and her visits are always appreciated. Sony Ericsson WTA Tour player Jamea Jackson was also expected to coach during the week.

Coach Jean Peterson also announced the following players have received full tennis scholarships: Britney Dean, Florida A&M; Alexis Brown, Florida A&M; Gionni McClellan, Albany State University; Brittany White, Albany State University; Marian Lang, Xavier University and Michelle Weerasinghe, Seton Hall.
