Tennis In Motion Inc. Hosts “Nike Week”

Tennis In Motion Inc. in partnership with Nike Inc. and Fulton County Parks & Recreations presents “Nike Week” a tennis camp that will be held on Monday, July 30 thru Friday, August 3, 2007 at South Fulton Tennis Center located at 5645 Mason Road in College Park, Georgia.

Participants from all over Metro-Atlanta are invited to take part in “Nike Week”, a week long tennis camp packed full of fun and surprises. Participants will receive instruction, drills and match play with the intent of introducing them to the joys and benefits of tennis. This all-day program, running from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., will offer participants solid tennis and fitness instructions from some of the world’s top tennis and fitness professionals and trainers.

Participating in the activities for that week will be college coaches, college players, professional coaches, professional players as well as VIP’s from walks of life outside of athletics, as well as Fulton County Commissioner William “Bill” Edwards. The major participant will be Nike Sports. They will donate sports equipment and sportswear and will create games and other activities at the end of which prizes will be awarded.

If you know how to play tennis, we can help you improve your game. If you have always wanted to learn how to play, there is no better place to get started than at “Nike Week”. We will help you improve your technique and push the envelope of your stamina and endurance.

Participants who register by July 28, 2007 will receive a free pair of Nike shoes. “Nike Week” will conclude on August 3, 2007 with the “Nike Week Tennis Bash” featuring celebrity guests, entertainment, food, vendors, games, raffles and more.

The Goal of “Nike Week” is to raise funds to support the Parks & Recreation program, provide students with “Enrichment Scholarships” and to continue to expand upon the great community initiatives of Tennis In Motion Inc.
