Looking For a Great Tennis Camp? Check Out Carolina Tennis School

If you are looking for a first-rate tennis camp for this summer, look no further than the Carolina Tennis School at the University of North Carolina! The Carolina Tennis School begins its 15th year at the University of North Carolina under the direction of Head Men's Tennis Coach Sam Paul. Brian Kalbas, former National Coach of the Year at William & Mary, and former world number one Don Johnson join Sam Paul as co-directors this summer. The Carolina Tennis School is regarded as one of the best tennis camps available, so be sure to register early as space is extremely limited.

With a 1:5 instructor to camper ratio, your son or daughter is sure to receive the daily individualized instruction he or she needs to maximize their potential.

The cost for an overnight session is $550.00 and the day camp is $295.00 (8:30 am-5pm). Campers will reside at Granville Towers once again this summer. This facility, located centrally on Franklin Street, is a popular off-campus residence for UNC students during the academic year. Campers will eat meals on-site at Granville's all-you-can eat dining room.

IV. July 4-8
V. July 11-15

Due to its past success, the tournament player camp will once again be available this summer. This session is for advanced players only and will be different than the first four weeks of camp. Emphasis is placed on the tactical and strategic side of of tennis, focusing on both singles and doubles drills and matchplay. In addition, there will be a fitness component with our world class trainers working with students to improve footwork, movement, and flexibility.

Tournament Player Camp Dates:
I. July 18-22

As a result of the overwhelming response to recent adult clinics, we have added a three-day camp for adults. Adult camps are open to anyone above the age of 21, and the cost will be $180. The schedule for adult camp is as follows: Thursday 6-9 pm, Friday 6-9 pm, Saturday 9 am-12 pm.

Adult Camp Dates:
Women's Session: June 10-12
Men's Session: June 17-19
