2003 ITA Collegiate Summer Circuit Starts in July

June 24, 2003 02:49 PM

This is the 10th anniversary of the ITA Collegiate Summer Circuit, presented by the USTA. Over 13,000 men's and women's players have participated in it during this time, including a record 1,662 competitors last year. Any amateur player can participate in these events and each year many junior players use these tournaments to get their feet wet against collegiate competition.

There are twenty circuit events taking place throughout the country during the month of July. With plenty of space still available now is the time to enter one of these exciting events. Visit http://www.itatennis.com/SummerCircuit/2003masterschedule.htm for more information about events in your area.

The ITA National Summer Championships take place Aug. 9-13 at Indiana University in Bloomington. This event is also open to all amateur players.
