Kevin Theos: Supporting Alabama Tennis and Getting Noticed

August 6, 2008 11:12 AM

The job of a tennis service representative is to take care of and call attention to the needs of tennis facilities and programs. Kevin Theos is drawing some attention for himself and his role as Alabama's tennis service representative for USTA Southern. Theos was the main subject of a recent article in The Sand Mountain Reporter in Albertville, Ala. The story also described the successful youth programs at the Lifepoint Tennis Camp in Albertville.

The Reporter's Shannon J. Allen quoted Theos as saying, “Driving through Albertville you wouldn’t think there would be this many tennis players out here right off the road. It’s fantastic to see. ... I help them however I can,” he said.

The story, entitled "Theos encouraged by what he sees," can be read on the newspaper's web site.
