Roland Garros on Tennis Channel: Win a Trip to Paris and Bordeaux

May 7, 2007 01:47 PM

This year Tennis Channel is covering the French Open like no other Grand Slam on American television. More than just hours of on-court matches, viewers feel what it’s like to be at these majestic events, and take in the experience that encompasses their histories and host cities.

And the network’s “Passport to Paris” sweepstakes gives one lucky U.S. fan the chance to personally take in that experience, with seven days and six nights in beautiful France during the most famous clay-court tournament in the world. In addition to three days’ worth of tickets to Paris’ 2008 French Open, the winner and guest will also get away for a tour of the Bordeaux wine country in all its elegance.

Tennis Channel is partnering with France’s own Chamarre wines to make it happen. Displays promoting the sweepstakes will be seen in 2,000 retailers throughout the United States, but anyone can enter online at www.tennischannel.com. Visit today, submit your entry, and before you know it you could be winding your way through the luxurious French countryside—when you’re not watching the best tennis players in the world!

Don’t forget to catch all the French Open action on Tennis Channel May 27-June 8. Each day’s live match coverage will be followed by French Open Tonight, a prime-time extravaganza that will feature highlights, the best of the day’s tennis events, previously unseen matches, and other original features and coverage from in and around the streets of Paris. All this and the experience of one of the world’s finest nations on display as well, with French lifestyle, food and travel programming complementing the tournament action.

It’s a dream come true for every tennis fan… and every fan of France!
