Points-Per-Round System for USTA Southern Tournaments

The USTA Junior Competition and High Performance departments will be proposing a new tournament structure for all sections, including USTA Southern, in January 2020.

The USTA Southern Junior Tournament Committee believes that it is in the best interest of our players, parents and coaches that we retract our 2019 Points and Levels Structure (that was posted on this website earlier this year). Next year, USTA Southern will stay the course with the existing tournament points and levels that are currently in place for both Southern and its nine states.

The 2020 structure will mirror much of what the USTA Southern Junior Tournament Committee proposed for 2019. The 2019 structure that was proposed had eight levels, the 2020 USTA structure will have seven levels.

Much of the details for this structure is being worked on now and more information will be made available as soon as Southern gets updated. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
