Awards

The USTA Southern Section has a comprehensive awards program that annually recognizes excellence on and off the tennis court.  Each year, award winners are honored at an awards luncheon held during the USTA Southern Section Annual Meeting in January.

The USTA Southern Section Awards Sub-Committee does not accept individual awards nominations. Rather all nominees are submited for review by their USTA state office. In most instances a Southern award nominee would also be a state winner. Southern Nomination forms are mailed to each of the nine state offices in mid-July and then again in mid-October. If you wish to submit a nomination for a Southern Award it is best to contact your state office for direction.

Some award winners are not selected by the Awards Sub-Committe and therefore nomination forms are not available or accepted.
